The traditional hotel is located 950 feet from Library Square, in the heart of Vancouver. Waterfront Centre is also located minutes’ driving from The L'Hermitage. Entertainment in the area includes The Orpheum Theatre only a 5-minute stroll away from L'Hermitage Hotel.

A very minor complaint, which I am sure was a temporary issue, I was unable to send a fax from the desk. The staff were very helpful in securing an alternative.

An extremely welcoming and comfortable hotel with effective free internet, a very nice restaurant adjacent to it. Well appointed, good sized rooms, nice gym and outdoor pool and very nice communal bar/sitting room

Excellent staff service especially Concierge Amy. Went above and beyong to serve us during our stay. Helped us to book tours in the city and answered question about the attactions.
The breakfast was expensive since it was a buffet and food was cold. I expected restaurant type breakfast with hot eggs, waffles etc.

Hotel and suite were immaculate and beautifully appointed with heater/fireplace, fresh flower (orchid) perfect bed, full kitchen in our suite. Compares very favorably with any place we've been for the price. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Elevators required a sescurity card, a great idea. W/D in suite also.
There is not a thing that we thought they might improve on, and there usually is something when we travel.
