Awesome room and service!
Had a great stay for a night. The room was super spacious and comfy. Staff went out of their way to help me settle in, which was awesome. Also loved the in-room breakfast! The only letdown was the parking situation. it could get a little tight during busy hours.

Friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.
The room was extremely noisy, which kept us up at night. We could hear loud cars, motorbikes, and sirens, making it hard to relax. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable, lumpy on one side, which just added to our discomfort during the stay.

An Exceptional Stay with Exceptional Service
Our family enjoyed a fabulous three-night stay. The spacious Boutique King Room provided ample comfort, and the personalized welcoming from staff truly stood out. We loved dining at L'orange for relaxed meals, with attentive service and delicious offerings. Consider requesting a flatter pillow for extra comfort.

We had an amazing group vacation! The place was perfect for exploring downtown and the activities were endless. We hit up Science World and took a weekend trip to Whistler. The heated pool and spa area were fantastic, and the staff made our stay so welcoming.
The only downside was the breakfast menu, which got a bit monotonous since it was the same every day. A few more options would have been nice.
